EBB Childbirth Class Imperative - January Cohort
Time & Location
Feb 01, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
About the event
Are you looking for a childbirth class, that gives you the flexibility of online learning, but also the support of in-person connections?
January 11th will kick off our first virtual session and orientation for the 6-week EBB Childbirth Imperative. We will meet on Wednesdays for 6 weeks (unless the class as a whole decides to change a day we meet). This will be a hybrid class where most classes are held on zoom, but we will meet in-person for the final class to learn and practice comfort measures in-person so you can start building up that muscle memory and know exactly what to do when the big day comes!
Registrations include the weekly 1.5 - 2 hour Zoom video chats with your Instructor, access to your lessons online at the Evidence Based Birth® Academy, a PDF library, effective coping skills and comfort measures, and 3 months of access to the EBB Parent Portal. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join us! Only one registration per family is needed.
By taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will not only learn the evidence for your birth options in an online class, but you’ll also get to meet in-person with an experienced instructor and other Black and Brown parents in the Cincinnati area who are navigating their pregnancy along with you! This Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is taught by Meredith Strayhorn - Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, Breastfriend, and Student Midwife.
